This matter came before the undersigned on June 30, 2005 on Motions for Summary Judgment filed by Plaintiff and by Defendants First Security State Bank (“FSSB”) and John Deery Motors, Inc. (“Deery Motors”) (collectively “Defendants”). Plaintiff/Trustee Sheryl Schnittjer was represented by attorneys Wes Huisinga and Marty Sutcliffe.
