Federal Express (“FedEx”) and RSKCO., Inc. (collectively “defendants”) appeal from an opinion and award of the Full Commission of the North Carolina Industrial Commission (“the Commission”) filed 14 June 2002 awarding Barry S. Moore (“plaintiff’) workers’ compensation benefits. Plaintiff appeals from the same opinion and award and further appeals from an order filed 24 October 2002 denying his motion for reconsideration. Although we affirm the Commission’s award of benefits, we remand this case to the Commission for further findings as to the amount of credit to be awarded to…
