Pending before the Court is a motion for habeas corpus relief filed by the Petitioner pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 with a supporting Affidavit and a “Memorandum of Law” in support of his motion for post-judgment relief. (Doc. 56). The Petitioner seeks to establish that his counsel’s representation was ineffective within the context of his guilty plea.
