—Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Martin Rettinger, J.), rendered May 18, 1993, convicting defendant, after jury trial, of two counts of robbery in the first degree and one count of robbery in the second degree, and sentencing him, as a second felony offender, to concurrent terms of 10 to 20 years, 10 to 20 years, and 7½ to 15 years, respectively, unanimously affirmed.
