The Troy Laundry Machinery Company, a corporation, brought suit in the district court, of McKinley county against the Carbon City Laundry Company and the McKinley County Bank, corporations, to recover the possession of certain laundry machinery. It alleged that it was the owner and entitled to the immediate possession of the property, and that the defendant wrongfully and unlawfully withheld and detained the same from plaintiff.
