The matter before the Court is the “Motion to Compel Arbitration and Dismiss the Adversary Proceeding” (the “Motion”) filed by Conseco Finance Servicing Corp., Conseco Bank, Inc., Green Tree Retail Services Bank, Inc., and Conseco, Inc. (collectively, the “Defendants”). The Debtor filed an Opposition to the Motion. The Court heard the matter on September 24, 2001 and took the Motion under advisement.
