BARBIER, District Judge.

Before the Court is the Government’s Motion to Disqualify Counsel. Rec. Doc. 33. The Government seeks to disqualify Arthur Lemann, III and Michael Ellis as counsel for Kerry DeCay and Reginald Walker, respectively, arguing that these attorneys’ former representation of two Government witnesses — Howard Moses in the case of Lemann and William Pappas in the case of Ellis — has created an actual conflict of interest which the prior clients have not waived.
