STANWOOD R. DUVAL, JR., District Judge.. Before the Court is “Kurt Mix’s Rule 33 Motion for an Order Vacating the Jury’s Verdict and Granting a New Trial Due to Juror Misconduct.” (Doc. 706). Kurt Mix (“Mix”) contends that as a result of certain juror misconduct, Mix was denied his constitutional right to an impartial jury as guaranteed by the Sixth Amendment to the United States Constitution.
