Appeal by the petitioner from (1) an order of the Supreme Court, Richmond County (Rooney, J.), dated February 9, 2011, which denied his motion pursuant to CEL 190.25 (4) for the disclosure of certain banking records in the possession of the District Attorney of Richmond County, and (2) an order of the same court dated October 5, 2011, which denied his motion for leave to renew and reargue his prior motion.
