Appeal from an order of the Family Court of Columbia County (Koweek, J.), entered October 7, 2014, which, among other things, granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to Family Ct Act article 10, to adjudicate the subject children to be neglected.

Petitioner commenced this Family Ct Act article 10 proceeding alleging that both respondent Cheyenne QQ. (hereinafter the father) and respondent Angela PP. (hereinafter the mother) had neglected their five children. Petitioner subsequently withdrew its allegations against the mother and pursued the petition against the father only.…
