FLANIGAN, Presiding Judge.

This action originated in the Probate Court of Camden County, Missouri, where plaintiff-claimant Rose Beryl Hayes filed a claim against the estate of James 0. Card-well, deceased. Defendant is the administrator of the estate. The claim contained five “items.” Items I, II, and III were adjudicated by the probate court, after a hearing attended by the parties and their attorneys.
