This is an appeal under section 25a of the bankrupt act (Act July 1, 1898, c. 541, 30 Stat. 553 [U. S. Comp. St. 1901, p. 3432]) from an order of the District Court of the United States for the district of New Jersey, adjudging the International Mercantile Agency a bankrupt.
The petition of _ creditors, upon which the adjudication of bankruptcy was made, was filed August 27, 1904, and stated, inter alia, that the International Mercantile Agency was a mercantile corporation under the laws of the state of New Jersey, “engaged m the business of printing and publishing, and…
