Defendant City University of New York, sued sub nom. Board of Higher Education, defendant’s predecessor entity, moves for summary judgment dismissing the complaint on the grounds that this court lacks subject matter jurisdiction. This motion requires us to assess the relationship between the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court with that of the Court of Claims.
