Contrary to his pleas, a panel of officers sitting as a special court-martial convicted Boatswain’s Mate First Class Ernest M. Ramos of one specification of conspiracy to manufacture and distribute marijuana, three specifications of making false official statements, and one specification of wrongful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, in violation of Articles 81, 107, and 112a, Uniform Code of Military Justice (UCMJ), 10 U.S.C. §§ 881, 907, 912a (2012).
