Plaintiff brings this action to recover damages from a fall while leaving a bus of defendant. The trial resulted in a verdict for plaintiff. The defendant filed a motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict, which was overruled. Prom this order defendant appeals.

The sole error relied upon for reversal is that there is no evidence in the record supporting a finding of negligence.
