WOODLOCK, District Judge.

Arrow International Investment Corp. is the owner of United States Patent No. 6,872,198 ('198), entitled “Double-Y-Shaped Multi-Lumen Catheter with Selectively Attachable Hubs.” Arrow International, Inc. is the exclusive licensee of this patent. Plaintiffs (collectively “Arrow”) brought this suit alleging that Defendant Spire Biomedical, Inc.’s (“Spire”) manufacture and sale of the Pourchez RetrO high flow kink resistant catheter infringes the '198 patent.
