Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Herbert Altman, J.), rendered September 10, 1987, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of attempted murder in the second degree and sentencing him as a predicate felon to an indeterminate prison term of from 12 Vi to 25 years, unanimously affirmed.
