In this workers’ compensation case, appellant Texas Mutual Insurance Company appeals a judgment granted in favor of appellee Ralf G. Boetsch. In three issues, Texas Mutual contends (1) the trial court erred in granting Boetsch’s motion for partial summary judgment on his impairment rating, (2) the trial court’s jury charge contained a reversible comment on the weight of the evidence, and (3) Texas Mutual was entitled to a jury determination on reasonable and necessary attorney’s fees.
