Mrs. Mattie Lou Camp, the beneficiary in a policy insuring the life of her husband, Joesiah B. Camp, sued the National Life & Accident Insurance Company on the policy after her husband’s death. It was agreed that the case be tried by the judge sitting without a jury. Judgment was rendered for the plaintiff, the defendant moved for a new trial on the general grounds only, and has excepted to the overruling of its motion.
