GLENN, District Judge.

This is an appeal from a final decree of the District Court of the United States for the District of Maryland, in admiralty, entered January 14th, 1930.

This decree denied the petition of the appellant for limitation of liability as owner of a certain barge Calvert, and awarded damages to the appellee, Mary M. Insley, ad-ministratrix of the estate of Everett C. Ins-ley, who was the master of the barge.
