Patricia Ann Gillespie filed a complaint for divorce against Ray Charles Gillespie in the Oktibbeha County Chancery Court. The parties were unable to agree upon child support for their minor child, Lance Rayshavias Gillespie, and gave written consent to the chancellor, pursuant to Miss. Code Ann. § 93-5-2 (Supp. 1991), to decide the issues of child support and maintenance of the child, and the division of property not covered by the agreement.
