LAMB, Vice Chancellor.
This action involves claims for breach of an employment contract, violation of the Maryland Wage Payment and Collection Law, misrepresentation and fraud, civil conspiracy, unjust enrichment, conversion, and piercing the corporate veil. The plaintiff has named several defendants, including her employer — which is a non-profit organization, the founders of the non-profit organization, a foreign corporation who donated money to the employer, and an affiliate of that foreign corporation.
