Whether or not money makes the world go around, it is certainly the motive force in this case. Two Delaware business entities, Marathon Petroleum Corporation (“Marathon”) and Speedway LLC (“Speedway”) (collectively “the Companies”), may have a particular pot of" money that the State of Delaware wants to take.
