Appellee brought this suit against appellant to recover on a policy of insurance for loss of time caused by an acute attack of appendicitis, necessitating her removal to a hospital on the 9th day of August, 1920, where an operation was performed, removing the appendix and her uterus. Before recovery she was stricken with pneumonia, and confined to her house continuously for a period of 101 days under the constant care of a physician, rendering it impossible for her to perform her duties as a saleslady, which total disability extended to November 20, 1920, for which she prayed a judgment for…
