On Thursday, October 10, 1946, Elwood R. Keppley, a qualified elector of the County of Berks, petitioned this court to correct an alleged error in the printing of the ballots for the general election to be held November 5,1946. The error is alleged to consist in the fact that upon the ballot the names of the political parties and political bodies have been arranged in the following order: Democratic, Republican, Prohibition, Socialist Labor, and Socialist.
