Evans, Judge.
The defendant was indicted, tried and convicted of burglary, and sentenced to serve three years imprisonment. Thereafter he filed a motion for new trial based on the general grounds alone, which was denied after a hearing. The appeal is from this final judgment, with error enumerated thereon. Held:
