Affirming.

Appellant, Jesse Voice, alias Frank Vitale, was convicted of the crime of assault with an offensive weapon with intent to rob as denounced in Section 1160, Kentucky Statutes, and his punishment was fixed at confinement for 21 years in the penitentiary. In seeking to reverse the judgment he assigns two errors: 1. The court admitted incompetent evidence against him; 2. the verdict is flagrantly against the evidence on the question of insanity.
