Reversing.
At about 7:30 p. m., October 16, 1943, appellant shot and killed Ethel Buck. A true bill charged her with wilful murder. Upon trial the jury, returned a verdict of guilty, fixing punishment at confinement for life in the reformatory, and from a judgment in conformity she prosecutes appeal.
