This is an appeal by Wendy Squirts (hereinafter “Appellant”) from a March 27, 1996, order of the Circuit Court of Kanawha County denying the Appellant’s motion for reconsideration of a divorce between the Appellant and Edward A. Squirts (hereinafter “Appel-lee”). The Appellant contends that the lower court erred in denying the Appellant’s Rule 60(b) motion to set aside a previous order, entered on January 4, 1996.
