The original bill in this cause was filed by the complainant against the defendants, C. C. Conner and his wife, Mrs. Eloise Conner, and two trustees under a trust deed, seeking to set aside two certain deeds executed by C. C. Conner to Ms wife, Mrs. Eloise Conner, to two certain tracts of land situated in Lauderdale County, Tennessee. One of the tracts contained about 223 acres and the other contained 100 acres of land.

The bill alleges that C. C. Conner, at the time these alleged conveyances were made to his wife, was then largely indebted to complainant, growing out of certain collections…
