Appellants Nancy Chase and Francis M. Morgan, as the brother and sister, and the only heirs at law, of Diana P. Morgan, instituted this proceeding against Othniel Beeson, as the administrator of the estate of Temple Beeson, deceased, and the other appellees as his heirs at law, to set aside the final settlement in the estate of said Temple Beeson. The proceeding is based upon section 2403, R. S. 1881.
