111. This interlocutory appeal concerns the denial of a motion to set aside a default judgment. Ellis Rogillio filed a complaint against American States Insurance Company (“American States”), Mississippi Farm Bureau Casualty Insurance Company ‘(“Farm Bureau”), and Bi-County Insurance Agency (“Bi-County”). American States failed to file an answer or otherwise defend the action for more than four months after service of the complaint. As a result, Rogillio obtained a default judgment.
