| .¿Defendant, Allen Wolff, was charged with possession of cocaine in violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967(C). He pled not guilty and filed several pre-trial motions, including a motion to suppress the evidence, which was denied after a hearing. Defendant proceeded to trial on June 18, 2008, and a six-person jury found him guilty as charged. The trial court subsequently sentenced defendant to four years at hard labor.
