HOLLAND, Justice.
The present appeal is one of a trilogy of recent similar proceedings in this Court. 1 At issue, once again, is the admissibility of evidence of special damages during a trial against an alleged tortfeasor by a nonresident plaintiff, who sustained personal injury in Delaware during a motor vehicle collision, while that non-resident plaintiff was travelling in an automobile which was not registered and insured in Delaware.
