Kalanquin appeals the dismissal by the defendant Commission on Human Rights Opportunities (Commission) of her complaint of discrimination against her employer Heublein Inc. Upon motion, Heublein was allowed to intervene as a defendant in this appeal on July 28, 1997. The appeal was brought pursuant to General Statutes § 46a-94a.
