At issue in this civil rights case is whether the Court should grant a motion for summary judgment filed by Defendants, Lower Merion School District ("LMSD"), Ryan Sankey ("Sankey"), and Frederick Agostini ("Agostini"), pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 56.
