This is an action of trespass on the case brought in the Superior Court for the county of Providence by Thomas E. Hickey and Hose Hickey, his wife, against Joseph McCabe and Charles S. Bihler, both of Providence, copartners doing business under the firm name of McCabe & Bihler, and the New York, New Haven & Hartford Railway Company, and the Providence Terminal Company, both corporations incorporated under the laws of the State of Rhode Island.
