Plaintiff Patricia Stemple (“plaintiff’) filed this action on December 13, 2005 seeking judicial review pursuant to 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) of the final decision of the Commissioner of the Social Security Administration (“Commissioner” or “Agency”), denying her claims for Disability Insurance Benefits (“DIB”) under Title II of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. § 405(g) and Supplemental Security Income (“SSI”) under Title XI of the Social Security Act, 42 U.S.C. §§ 1381 — 1383(c).
