The Respondent, Robert C. Levinson, was charged in a complaint for disciplinary action with violations of Rules 1.2(a), 1.8, 1.4(a) and 1.4(b) of the Rules of Professional Conduct for Attorneys at Low. An evidentiary hearing occurred, and the Hearing Officer submitted his findings of fact and conclusions of law.
