This appeal results from a denial of a petition to modify a custody award of children by the district court of the eighth judicial district, county of Cascade.

Donna Turk (Fitzgerald) appellant and Henry Turk respondent were divorced in October 1967. The two children of the marriage, Vincent and Verna, were awarded to appellant.
