Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Ferradino, J.), entered January 24, 2011 in Saratoga County, which denied defendants’ motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
In July 2005, plaintiff was walking her dog in an area of a state park where dog owners regularly allow their dogs to be off-leash.
