Francisco Garcia appeals his judgment of conviction for trafficking in marijuana. Specifically, Garcia challenges the district court’s denial of his motion to suppress. We affirm.

FACTS AND PROCEDURE

In February 2005, having received a report that a group of men had been meeting during the noon hour at a campground in Boise and smoking marijuana and drinking alcohol, the Boise Police Department proceeded to investigate.
