OPINION
BROWN, Judge.
Lloyd Conn appeals his conviction for conspiracy to commit murder as a class A felony. 1 Lloyd raises one issue which we revise and restate as whether the evidence is sufficient to sustain his conviction. We affirm.
The facts most favorable to the conviction follow. In April 2009, Stacy Howell worked as a confidential informant with the Indiana State Police, and on three separate occasions Stacy purchased drugs from Bill Conn who was Lloyd’s father.
