Oakland Planning and Development Corporation (Appellant), an owner of rental property on Robinson Street, appeals from the February 25, 2014 order of the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas (trial court), affirming the decision of the City of Pittsburgh (City) Planning Commission (Planning Commission) that ap*875proved Oakland Portal Partners, L.P.’s (Oakland Portal) project development plan application. We affirm.
