Judgment, Supreme Court, Bronx County (Joseph Fisch, J.), rendered February 28, 2003, convicting defendant, after a jury trial, of murder in the second degree, and sentencing him to a term of 25 years to life, unanimously affirmed.
Defendant’s argument that the evidence was legally insufficient to support his conviction for depraved indifference murder because the evidence established intentional, rather than reckless, conduct is unpreserved (People v Gray, 86 NY2d 10 [1995]; People v Flores, 23 AD3d 194 [2005]), and we decline to review it in the interest of justice.
