(After stating the foregoing facts.) “A libel is a false and malicious defamation of another, expressed in print, or writing, . . tending to injure the reputation of an individual, and exposing him to public hatred, contempt, or ridicule.” Code, § 105-701. Where language does not directly and expressly contain a libel, it may do so if the words are capable of such construction, and would be so understood by persons to whom the words might be communicated.
