Plaintiffs Carl and Angel Larsen and Telescope Media Group (“TMG”) 1 bring a pre-enforcement challenge to the ban on sexual orientation discrimination in public accommodations and contracting in the Minnesota Human Rights Act (“MHRA”). The Larsens operate a videography business, and they plan to expand into the wedding video business as a public accommodation.
