WELBORN, Commissioner.

Action for damages for personal injuries arising out of automobile collision. Richard Swinford brought suit against Ralph A. Bliley and The Conception Abbey, a corporation, for damages arising out of a collision between an auto driven by Bli-ley, an employee of the Abbey, and a parked truck on which plaintiff was loading pipe. Bliley’s auto struck a piece of pipe which extended from the truck and the pipe struck plaintiff, causing injuries. Plaintiff’s petition alleged that the accident arose out of and occurred within the scope of Bliley’s employment. The Conception…
