This Case is before the Court on the Motion of First Union National Bank to Transfer Venue to Eastern District of Virginia (Richmond Division) Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1412 and Bankruptcy Rule 1014(a) (“Motion”) filed on January 21, 1999. (Doc. 18.) After a hearing held on this Motion on June 11-12,1999, the Court directed each party to submit a memorandum of law, proposed findings of fact and conclusions of law, and a proposed order.
