Pro se Plaintiff Joseph Leon (“Plaintiff’) brings this Action against the Rockland Psychiatric Center (“RPC”), a psychiatric facility operated by the New York State Office of Mental Health, and Patricia Soto (“Soto” and collectively with RPC, “Defendants”) pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (“ADEA”), the New York State Human Rights Law (“NYSHRL”), the New York City Human Rights Law (“NYCHRL”), and the Fourteenth Amendment.1 Plaintiff contends that Defendants discriminated against him on the basis of his age. {See…
